Q: Can GåvaTS be customized with my logos or designs

A: Yes - GåvaTS is completely customizable to meet you design and data collection needs.

Q: How do I access my data?

A: GåvaTS has an export function build in for easy export of your data into an excel spreadsheet or any program supporting comma delimited format.

Q: Can you create custom data fields as well as import customer lists into the system?

A: Yes – using our customization service we can meet all your customized needs.

Q: Do I have to buy cards from Gåva for GåvaTS to work?

A: We recommend you purchase cards for us with GåvaTS directly from Gåva Systems as we have fully tested our cards and full guarantee problem free operation. In addition GåvaTS clients are eligible for an additional 10% discount off are already low prices. Learn more here...

Q: Do I need a broadband connection to use GåvaTS?

A: No – the only reason you would need a connection to a network or the internet would be to update your system to support Macromedia Flash 9.

Q: I have two events only a month apart – how does GåvaTS handle this?

A: GåvaTS is designed to work for one event only. However, if you should have another event within 3 month of previous event you are entitled to a discount for repeat use.

Q: What kind of support is available for GåvaTS?

Q: Can I use a barcode or mag strip reader?

A: Yes – we recommend the use of barcode or mag strip readers to reduce human error and speed data entry.
